The lack of air conditioning makes hot summer nights unbearable!!! Noise from the street interferes with sleep, and parking availability is truly a nightmare!!! The decor and furnishings are badly in need of modernization!!!

Hotel Wittelsbach is centrally located, making it easy to explore Berchtesgaden. The room was quite spacious and clean, with a fantastic balcony that offered lovely views. Breakfast was excellent, featuring fresh bread and a great selection of European items that fueled my day perfectly.

The Triple Room was spacious and clean, which was great for our family. The view from the balcony was incredible, perfect for morning coffee. But there was no air conditioning and the street noise could be loud at times, especially when trying to sleep.

just a short walk from the stunning national park and only about a kilometer from the fascinating documentation center, my stay was filled with adventure as I easily explored the vibrant local dining scene with great options like the nearby Griechisches Restaurant Akropolis and Gasthof Watzmann.

Charming traditional vibe and super spacious rooms. The location is perfect for outdoor escapades, with loads of restaurants nearby. We even got a guest card for free bus rides—talk about a fancy perk!

I nearly lost my sanity waiting for the receptionist to show up—guess they were on 'hotel time. ' Not much drama, but would’ve preferred a tiny bit more warmth in the room!
